ABOUT THE DESIGNER…

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m the Principal Designer and Creator of Sarah Beth Graphics. I believe in empowering business owners to take a part in the creative vision of their company and that great design provides a clear path for business growth. I love to travel for work and for adventure; accompanied by my wonderful (traveling Physical Therapist) boyfriend, and our very wiggly boxer.

A year ago, I left a job I loved to take a chance at adventure.

My longtime boyfriend was offered a traveling PT job which gave him the chance to live in a different US State for 3-4 month placements and a month off in between each location. This month off we imagined could give us time for international travel, if we played our cards right so, we jumped at the opportunity to travel, explore and meet new people!

This new way of life opened up a world of opportunity for me to focus on building a creative, remote, graphic design firm.

Creating a remote graphic design company means that I can put my customers and their ideas first. It means choosing to work with passionate people who run the small business of our communities.

Best part?  I meet wonderful people everywhere we go who have smart ideas I leverage to each new project. I will strive to always provide you with phenomenal work on time and on budget to earn your business each and every time.

Follow my personal instagram! I share photos of my travels, great food, and my wonderful dog Raja.  @sarahbeth_waters

Before sarah beth graphics came to fruition

My most recent desk job was at a female owned & operated powerhouse of an event planning company called Corinthian Events. Working primarily with corporate clients, they take their clients' meeting, outing, team building, executive dinner, gala, or conference to another level - taking it off their plate -  and implementing logistics and design to ensure a seamless event. As the Graphic Design & Social Media Manager, I was responsible to design print and digital collateral which will be used during the event and must seamlessly integrate their company's brand guidelines and the event concept or theme. Print collateral included items such as; invitations, menu cards, table numbers, banners, step + repeats, directional signage, programs, etc and digital collateral include; digital billboard advertisements, registration page elements, email invitations, etc.

Before my role at Corinthian Events, I developed Treat LLC (Treat Cupcake & Bakery, Treat Cupcake Bar, and The Dessert Workshop) along with a wonderfully creative and energetic team. The brand is made of up of a trio of interconnected dessert shops. I designed and implemented the marketing & social campaigns, print & digital design including websites, merchandise design & display as well as managing our front-end team for our three shops.

My first official job when I finished Art School (Pratt Institute) was at Aeropostale's corporate design office. I worked alongside designers in the adult & children departments creating technical sketches. That is where I first honed my Adobe Illustrator skills.
