Minckler Homes
Sky Minkler is the owner of Minckler Homes - Keller Williams Realty North Central. Trained as a corporate attorney in New York and Connecticut, Sky switched paths and obtained her real estate license in 2014 after her family moved to CO. She has put her training in negotiation skills and critical thinking to use for her clients ever since. She’s also passionate about horses and until a recent move, lived on a farm with many animals including 2 horses. Her experience lends perfectly to helping her clients buy and sell stunning horse properties as well as luxury properties.
During early 2019 I was living in Central Mass and spending lots of time working at local coffee shops. Whenever appropriate, I would leave a stack of business cards at the shop - just incase someone might be looking for a graphic designer. Sky saw 1 of these cards and gave me a call. We met at a coffee shop (of course) and got to know each other and have worked together ever since.
Our first project was tackling an outdated logo and refreshing it. She wasn’t ready to abandon it quite yet and I suggested we could do a little tweak to have it look more modern. This is what we did:
Another fun project we did together we actually worked on from quite a distance. I was traveling in Eastern Europe for a month when she reached out, looking to design signage and a giveaway for an equine event. No problem at all, if anything our scheduled worked out great because Sky is an early riser so at 4/5am in Massachusetts, I was often just getting back to my hotel room at 10/11pm and happy to chat design ideas. We have continued to work together on additional projects to support Minckler Homes; from a new logo to realtor bio sheets, business cards, buyer and seller booklets and more. It continues to be my pleasure to design items to support Sky’s business.
